Took my truck there for an alignment, ended up with a $1400 bill and a misaligned truck.
They replaced a good ball joint instead of the worn one, with the cheapest version Napa sells instead of the premium line I paid for, then aligned the truck. Took it back after I drove it because it was horrible. Second try, their “alignment tech” snapped one camber bolt and stripped another (which they billed me to fix but didn’t actually replace). By 2:00 the next day they said they had it as good as they could get it but blamed not it not being within spec due to work that has been done to the suspension. Well after ruining a literal brand new tire because of their horrific alignment, I replaced the bad ball joint myself and took it to minute muffler across the street. Not only did it align perfectly, they replaced the stripped camber bolt for free and just shook their head at what ok tire did.
Wouldn’t ever recommend this business to anyone.

Asked if they could look a tire and see if it could be patched they dismounted it said can't patch charged me went down the street got tire patched for 10$ more than they charged

Absolutely disgusted in Jessy and his mechanic Robert. I had my vehicle here for a wheel alignment after putting in 2 new inner tie rods… they call me back and said it can’t be done because the rear passenger lateral arm is “out of spec” so I found that specific part took it to my mechanic to replace and he said why are you replacing this it’s in perfect shape. Not bent or anything. Everything looks good.
None of these shops can be trusted in Prince Albert. I booked an alignment at access tire and they completed it with no issues and car is driving straight.
Keep your eyes open with these guy and ask lots of question. And if they don’t have any proof of what they’re saying go get a 2nd opinion. Just my .2cents.

I highly recommend this place. I needed a part that was discontinued and they found a person to make one. And they didn't over charge me either.

I went in with a nail in my tire, not realizing how bad my tires actually were. Concerned for my safety, very reasonably priced new tires were ordered and on my car the next day.
