Best customer service! She actually cares about what she sells. She tried it out on her own pets to see what works and what doesn't. Her recommendations are from experience! Not what a corporation is trying to push. The owner actually cares, is local and loves her store.

Hello, big shout out to the nice lady who helped me pick out gut soothe in the store on july 7th. it worked really good, cleared up his gut and his ears from yeast infection within 2 days. We now have a happy dog again. Thank you Thank you, we are so great full.

My puppy started getting sick and u went into pet planet the staff was so helpful and understanding and helped me choose a new food that helped him get well. Since switching to pet planet food my dogs coat looks amazing. His gaining weight nicely and more active. Thank you so much u will continue to shop here the staff is so helpful and caring

Pet planet doesn't carry my rabbit food or dog food so I don't go to the store too often, but I buy bones for the dogs here which they love!
