“Please get your open time listings checked on this site. It’s says “open now” at 9:12am, but when I open your official listing times they say 10am(local time). I was getting a no connection beep instead of even a ring. I did finally get an answer at 10:01, and it was excellent service, I highly recommend the store.”

“I went there to mail a package, and it was busy, but quick. The postal service worker was great, she was very helpful. She gave me the information I needed to get my package to it's destination in the time I needed it to be there. She knew exactly what I needed and actually saved me money by telling me a better way to do it. This is a great place for sending your mail when it just has to get there. Staff is friendly, it's clean and everyone is helpful.”

“⭐ 1/5 Stars — Very Disappointing and Unfair Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at Shoppers Drug Mart today. I made a purchase at the beauty section and mentioned to the employee that it was my birthday. I politely asked if there were any birthday gifts or offers available. Instead of responding kindly or professionally, she gave me a very rude and unpleasant reaction that made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. What hurt me the most was that another customer, a Canadian girl, also mentioned that it was her birthday and asked about a gift. The same employee treated her very warmly, wished her a happy birthday, and gave her a gift. I was shocked by the difference in treatment. I don’t expect free gifts, but I do expect equal treatment, kindness, and respect, regardless of someone’s background or appearance. This experience made me feel unwelcome and singled out, especially on my birthday. No customer should have to feel this way. I hope Shoppers Drug Mart management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated equally and respectfully. Very disappointed with the customer service.”
