Would think the open hours would be tuesday to saturday at least for people that work more than 9-5, and 20lbs not heavy 🤷♂️...but friendly and well organized

Something has changed for the best! This is the first time I am able to give a honest 5 star review. My phone call was actually pleasant & the driver is great. We had a huge snow storm and I was expecting delay. It came on time. Thanks guys.

I find there serves very frustrating. I am always having to pick up my parcels. They never get delivered for various reasons mostly which are illogical.
