applied for a credit card and have tried 3 x to contact the branch about picking up the card since they do not mail it to you like other banks. First 2x I called I was on a long hold on their automated call center line. Finally get a human on the phone and they transfer me to full voice mail boxes where I can't leave a message. 3rd time I call I'm waiting again in the automated trying to reach a customer service person to be transferred again.. It hangs up on me. I am not even a customer yet to this bank and I am already considering cancelling the West Jet World Elite card I applied for. This is the WORST customer service and experience I have ever received from a bank. You should be able to contact your local branch without having to go through hoops and full voicemail boxes. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TD as they are readily available to speak on the phone when you call. I'm not sure its worth the West Jet rewards at this point..

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I attended the bank to make a mortgage payment in person. This took me two hours to complete between the wait and the under trained staff. The teller managed to take the money out of my account and not apply it to my mortgage leaving me a mortgage payment short and now spending more than an hour on the phone trying to rectify this. Very unprofessional and inappropriate when dealing with people's finances.

25 minute wait minimum... 10 wickets and maybe 3 tellers on a good day... usually 2... Stood in line for a half hour yesterday... 15 people in line... only to find out they didn't have enough money and that I need to go through this whole process tomorrow. Not enough money at a bank... Service is good once you get to the till but man, half hour to get there... You guys really don't demonstrate that you care about your customers... but hey, you're big business making huge profits. Why should you! I have everything at this bank othewise I'd switch to Credit Union in a heartbeat! You need to do better. If there were a 0 stars rating you'd be getting it!

So recently I’ve had a issue where my money didn’t go through despite me having the funds, and so I called up RBC to see the problem when I was met with a guy named Michael who helped and taught me all the knowledge that was needed for said issue. As he would say “it was a pleasure”

Where are all the tellers? 12 ppl in line and only 2 tellers....very slow!! Service is start to suck...probably change banks in the near future!! It's not worth a star anymore....

Slowest back for customer service I have even been to, if you don't have a 45 min to a hour to wait, you won't get your banking done
