I don’t think rona is now trustworthy, I made a copy of key here, but it didn’t work, they said i can get my refund back,but there was an error in refunding process, she said i can come again and make new copy, i returned the defective piece on reception,I came three times, they always said they are out of this stock,When I come again, but that day they said they can’t do that because i paid for key and they given it to me even it’s working or defective, i don’t understand then why their employee wanted to give me refund ? why they didn’t tell me that i have to returned it on key section? why their employees was wasting my time when i came three time ?

This place constantly has terrible service. Lumber desk NEVER has anyone working at it so you have to make multiple laps around the store trying to find a worker to page someone to the lumber desk, that never does show up. This time I finally had someone come to the lumber desk after being paged 3 times but she had know idea of how to help me. The time prior to this visit the lumber desk worker gave me a wrong invoice then I had to make multiple trips to the til to have the return corrected, THEN go through the entire process again meanwhile having to wait for someone to show up at the lumber desk again after being paged. Very frustrating place to buy from

I’m buying Moen shower cartridge on Tuesday, when home open the bag to see it right but it the wrong want, when back to return but they said it been use cannot return, over priced. Will not be back anymore

One of the best hardware stores in Prince Albert. Their lumber selection needs improvement but their tools for the trades are helpful to this community. Whether, you're a gardener, do-it-yourself'er, contractor or hobbiest, you will find almost everything you need.

Went in first thing on a Sunday 8:02am … and thankfully the construction gods send me Tracy! She was amazing at helping me nail down the exact product I needed in a pinch to get a last second project completed. Amazing customer service and attention to detail! #Tracyforthewin

Completely unimpressed with their selection the last few times I went. Today I found a few things I wanted but the staff were speaking in Pilipino and sort of shouting at each other. The lady ahead of me barely got served in-between the discussion. When it was my turn, the only exchange was the cost of the items. No thank you, no thing, just back to their conversation. Ask me why I want to shop local but the customer service in this city is the worst I have ever seen.

Good selection of in stock products. Would have given it 5 stars but one night when I was in the store trying to find a plumbing fitting at closing they shut most of the store lights off and knowing I was in that aisle they didn't come see if I needed help or why I was still there at closing. Ended up leaving and going home (don't live in the city) without the part I'd driven the 100km round trip for.
