I had quite a few troubles with my phone and after going to bell where they were not much help, I was recommended to come to see the team here at the source and I definitely made the right decision. The 1 worker who was helping me had some troubles or there was miscommunication with a support team on the phone and her colleague came and gave us a hand to deal with everything. They went above and beyond with helping me and even went as far as giving me a gift card and giving me amazing deals to help relive some stress from all the troubles I was having right before Christmas. I definitely recommend them, as someone who has never been here it really was heartwarming to me and my little family.

As a Bell customer just recently found out that I can save more by using my bell given number to save extra on top of savings so I like that so it kinda depends on the item though, which on a block charger was 25% off when I used mine

I had an excellent experience at The Source in Prince Albert. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me, especially Naman. He was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout my visit. It's not every day you find such great customer service. I'll definitely be returning for all my tech needs. Highly recommended this place!
