“We love going to Underground Performance. They’re honest, knowledgeable, affordable and genuinely go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Whether it’s bigger repairs, buying tires, or diagnostics, they’ve always made sure we’re taken care of and have been incredibly fair with their pricing. I also really appreciate having an Indigenous-owned business where we’re able to utilize our Treaty cards for eligible parts while supporting local. Supporting this shop also means supporting Indigenous business, our communities and the North, which is something that’s really important to us. They stand behind their work, care about the people who come through their doors, and it shows. We’ll continue supporting and recommending them every chance we get.”

“I got amazing service. From beginning to end the staff were awesome, kind, knowledgeable, and fast. Tires, oil, follow up. Great business all around. It fits the standards that the Fountains originally anticipated. Well done staff and owners.”

“Hit a pothole and my alignment got screwed up. After replacing parts I went to access tire for the alignment. They quoted me an hour and a half but they were done in 45 minutes 👍. Also they gave me a report showing exactly what they did. Car drives great again now, these guys work fast and honest. Good people here I would recommend them to others.”

“As a small business owner, it’s always important to get value for your dollar. We’ve needed to do service on several of our vehicles and every time we bring them in Brendan, the manager, Stuart the shop manager and the whole team have done an amazing job. They do the work that needs to be done and informed us of what should be done in the near future. Having one of our vehicles down is always a struggle and on several occasions, we’ve been able to get a loaner vehicle when we’ve been in a pinch. This is definitely a reliable and trustworthy shop to bring your personal vehicle to. I’ve encouraged family members and friends To use their service. I would highly recommend second Ave Tire to anyone in need of automotive services.”

“We had an out of province inspection done here. They were able to get us in quickly, all went well & they provided a courtesy ride (the driver was very friendly). As a bonus, they have lovely plants in the very clean, bright waiting room - not something you normally see in a shop!”
