. I will tell you what happened to me today. I asked the employee for help in completing the scan on the goods. Everything was done and I paid my account. I was surprised when the employee came and put five stars, and when I asked why? She responded to improve her work.

This location is fine, but if you leave the star rating blank on the self checkout screen, the employees jump in to select 5 stars which does not seem like an unbiased rating system.
Edit 2 months later: removed another star as employees are now stepping in before we even leave the till to rate themselves 5 stars.
