I go to this store often, but during my last visit, an employee named Harnek was rude and aggressive. He was visibly frustrated about a theft that had occurred before I arrived, and he shouted at me and pointed his finger as if I were to blame, even though I had nothing to do with it and had just walked into the store. He then made an offensive comment, saying, ‘you guys steal.’ When I tried to take a picture of his name tag, he became hostile and refused to serve me. I’ve never experienced anything like this at other locations, and I won’t be returning here ever again.

This location is often surrounded by the seemingly homeless who are panhandling. Otherwise, this location is a 7-Eleven like most others.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE. This store should be get close they are cheating with customer I baught one ice-cream and they charge for 2 ice-cream lucky i saw my phone i got to know and then when i went again and I talked to employee and then she laughed and told that I have to checked and I'll go and check it after doing something in pos without going and check price she directly told oh yes you are correct but unfortunately we can't pay back you in your card I can give you cash only.
So,I suggest never go to this store

How has this store not been shut down by a health & safety inspector already? After going to this store I almost vomit, it smelled worse than a rear end of a cow. Vagrants always hanging around asking for money or drugs & being disturbing. You should really cal bylaw or hire security to keep these homeless bums away but the staff don’t do anything.

Store sells expired products. When I have brought it to the attention of staff I do get a refund but then see the same products on the shelves a day later.

Bought a pack of cigarettes pack of king size cigarettes and Vishal Customer service associate sold me a medium size pack for price of king size and did not exchange it even when I pointed it out to him. Vary rude and low quality experience and service

This location would probably serve the community better if it was shut down. I always see vagrants here and it's pretty disturbing. Please avoid coming here if you have kids. They don't need to see this kind of stuff.I don't need a team member to contact me. Have them call the police to remove the vagrants, or get some private security to do so. It's dangerous and disgusting.

I recently paid this store a visit because I was craving a Big Gulp. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed to learn that I could not re-use my Big Gulp cup as a refill. This is not only false advertising but disrespectful to the environment. For Shame!
