Got my very simple Uber eats order completely wrong. give me the wrong flavors of slurpees in the wrong sizes at a time of day when it's not busy enough to have screwed up an order. This may not seem like a big thing to some people but I had a very long day and always look forward to my Slurpee in the evenings. was very disappointed

Bought this Jan08/24. And the woman who served me tonight sold it to me known it was harder than a rock!!! How unsatisfing on top of that the wedges weren't even made and theirs was none !!!

Always have a super pleasant experience here! Ordered from them online, they didn’t have the specific flavour of a product i wanted. So they sent me a different flavour plus two extra cookies and a note explaining!

When they don't have items you order, they either substitute them without asking or just don't send anything to replace them.

I have been dealing with this 7-11 for over 20 years.I took my lottery tickets to get checked. I had a $20 + $2 lotto ticket that was verified by the WCLC Lotto app multiple times. And two separate $2 winning tickets ($26 total). The lady working on 9/26/2023 swore up and down I only won $4 on two tickets, even though all 3 had validated and would only take $4 off my total $11 bill. Yet would not show me the 3rd ticket as a loser or winner, even though it did not pop up as a winner or loser due to a paper jam in their machine. However when scanning again, said already validated.I am unimpressed with this 7-11 after these poor practices.

Everytime i order from this location it seems to be impossible ! Like i am mad. First they keep forgetting items , they dont tell you if they forgot anything and trying to contact them about it they just hang up. Place needs new managment and new employees! Not impressed.

Boyfriend door dashed from this location. Ordered a rootbeer and pepsi ZERO SUGAR big gulp. Both drinks arrived, neither was root beer and both were regular pepsi. Had I not noticed the taste of the regular pepsi and didnt test it, I would be in the hospital right now. I am diabetic and this could literally have KILLED me or someone else. I phoned and staff could not see what the big issue was. Never door dashing or visiting this location again.
