I had an online order that had a defective piece in that and also the size issue so I went to the store to return them. No greetings at all. We asked for a refund but the cashier 905124 suggested us to exchange them so we started looking for something to exchange. The guy was nice but the lady was very rude. While we were trying them in the fitting rooms the lady and the guy started talking among themselves that we would have refunded them instead so that they leave the store early. That was still okay but when we told them that this is not the customer service, the reply we got from the lady was “Don’t Come Again”. We said whhattttt?!!! This is not the customer service and we asked for her name and she said I won’t tell you. We said we have right to know and she started yelling on us that you don’t have any rights just get out and don’t come again. That was veryyy veryyyy veryyyyyy rude!!! ?. Though we didn’t say a single word and we left. We were still out of the store at 5:50 PM. They still had 10 minutes for closing. We didn’t got it for free, we have paid for that so she cannot treat us like that. Very bad attitude (indian lady). We are not looking for any reimbursement or refund but we want someone from higher post to pay attention to this kind of people. They need to learn what customer service is.

April 29,3.15 pmVery poor customer service. Both cashiers are talking to each other in foreign language and making fun of each other while customers are still standing there in line. Feeling so sorry for those customers.Great deals for clothes though but I didn't buy anything because i didn't want to feel more embarrassed

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, the young man greated us politely and let us know the sales promotions going on as my daughter and I entered the store. We browsed a bit , and then the young gentleman helped us with our purchases.Fun staff, they are all happy people.Thanks Ben and Valia, for your help.

I love shopping here. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond with customer service and a tidy store. The sales people are always happy to help me find something or get into a fitting room. The atmosphere of the store is very nice.Though merchandise can be a bit expensive there are usually great sales on like buy one get two free or 50% off. The clothing and accessories sold are very trendy and they have something for any occasion. Loungewear, casual wear, going out attire, etc.I love the way the denim pants and shorts are all high waisted because it’s usually not that easy to find nice designs and a high waisted combo. I definitely recommend aeropostale to anyone who happens to visit the mall.

I recently went for shopping at Aeropostale, 11TH Avenue, Cornwall Centre.I got a rude customer Service by the Manager.At first the debit and credit card machine was out of order and there was a note displayed at the counter. I had no cash, therefore, I requested the sales person to reserve my shopping (pair of jeans) on the counter so that i could arrange cash from ATM machine located at the other corner of the Cornwall Centre. The sales person reserved my shopping by putting it aside at the counter.After 15 minutes , I came back to make my payment. However, I found out that my shopping was placed back on the sales floor. Upon my request, the staff grabbed my shopping (pair of jeans) from the sales floor again. The sales man (mid age man) at the counter told me that their debit/credit machines were out of order since morning. When I was about to drop cash at the counter while talking to the sales man,, he left me anattended in the middle of conversation and went away to help other sales girl in stacking some stuff. He did not bother to inform me that he would come back to attend me sooner. He completely ignored me. No one else was on the cash counter. I kept waiting for 3-4 minutes. No one was paying attention to the cash counter. Finally, I approached the salesman who was still busy with other staff member while putting clothes back on the hangers. I addressed him "Sir, could you please serve me first?, you left me unattended at the counter in the middle of conversation when i was about to pay you cash for my shopping" . Instead of apologizing to me for any misunderstanding, the man said that "cant you see i was busy helping other staff?". His tone was a little rude. I found his behaviour very unprofessional. After listening to his rude tone , I felt so bad because i was not expecting that behaviour from him. For a moment I felt I should leave my shopping and walk out of the store. I told him that he did not set a good example of customer service by leaving me unattended in the middle of my transaction at the counter. Seeing me complaining, he simply said that he wont serve me if I keep complaining to him.Anyways, I made my payment quietly and came out of the store. Before leaving the counter, I asked for his name because he was not wearing any name tag. He said that he was the manager and that his name was Justin.I assume that the sales man was already irritated due to some other matter on the sales floor with his staff and took his frustration out on me.It was such a bad experience of customer service. I felt bad because the sales girl who attended me earlier at the counter reserved my pair of jeans at the counter so that i could arrange cash from the ATM machine but put it back on the sales floor. Secondly, the sales man left me unattended at the counter in the middle of transaction. Upon my request to serve me at the counter, the sales man treated me rudely. I found him highly unprofessional. This is one of the bad experiences I have had at the store.Such incidents and behaviours certainly affect businesses . I would never like to visit the store again.
