I have a tv from aarons. Yes there good. But the phone calls constantly harassing for a payment when they know i dont get paid till end of month.
I dont need 9 calls in a day, plus them calling my friends or family and showing up to my place as well.
Once its paid off I will not get anything from them again.

I was on the phone with someone named Sam and I was talked very rudely talked to and very unprofessional comments came out of her mouth. I highly dont recommend this company!!

I bought a tv from Aaron's and they told me it was new and when I got it ,it wasn't even in a box when they delivered it and the remote didn't work,it had a name of another person name on it that owned it before,I told them I didn't want it because it was used,there was no way I was going to pay just about $1300 for a used tv,this place is a dam joke ,you can't believe anything they tell you,they lie to make a sale ,I needed other furniture too ,thank god I never purchased anything else,beware of this place ppl,they shouldn't be in business,

The store has a very rude manager! If you like to be talked down to this is definitely the store to shop at.. very poor customer service on his part! Easyhome has treated us so much better .

I was simply trying to browse through the website and it’s among the worst I’ve ever encountered. It keeps telling me I’m in Chicago and that there are no stores in my area and thus doesn’t display any products. Trying to get to the local store which was currently closed does nothing. Waste of time.

Horrible!!!!! BED BUGS. My friend bought a 'BRAND NEW COUCH' they told her it was brand new and in the box, it came and was in fact not in a box at all, a day after she received it she had a nap on it and woke up with 'hives' she later realized she's allergic to bed bugs and the couch is INFESETED with them!!!! She has called and tried to talk to the manager, nobody will call her back and this woman DOES NOT NEED TO PAY FOR A BED BUG INFESTED COUCH. I DO NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL.

Manager Steve is very Rude. I've never had any problems with them over the years. I orderd a king size bedframe and unfortunately we only had it for a month and found bed bugs. Brand new in the box ! Instead of taking accountability for it he passed it onto the manufacturer 3rd party. He started raising his voice at me and started sounding condescending at my complaint. I asked for the month off ! He said it was not going to happen. I said it's going to cost me money to hire a pesticide for the bed. Not working he said.
