If I could I would give zero stars!!! Stay away from this company like fire! At first, they came to my house, walked through every room, and gave me an estimate of the weight and cost for shipping my belongings. They made a good impression in the beginning, but the nightmare started once they actually came to pack.
They told us packing would take about 4 hours – in reality, it took them two exhausting days! They left trash behind, came completely unprepared, and even packed items we explicitly told them NOT to touch. Shockingly, they even packed a trash can with garbage still inside!
When it came time to ship, their original estimate was off by over a ton and a half, which resulted in the final price being almost three times higher than what they initially quoted. We called and emailed them countless times, but they refused to adjust or help in any way – all they cared about was taking the money.
Unprofessional, careless, and dishonest. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs

Alero Moving did a great job of our move from apartment to storage, in preparation for a cross canada move. Elias, Lucian, and Dustin were friendly, professional, capable, careful and very respectful during what was a hard move for an aging parent. They were prompt and communicated well. I would be happy to work with them again or reccommend them and Alero to friends and family.

Five Stars, moved us from house to apartment, then from apartment to house 3 months later. Stored most of our furniture and it came back in fantastic shape. They work hard, keep things clean and no damage. Can't recommend these folks enough!

I have used Alero twice for my move from Texas to Regina and Regina to Calgary... Chris is very responsive and helpful .They did a fantastic job .. price wise they were very reasonable... I would recommend for anyone. Ethan and team delivered the stuff twice. None of the items were damaged. Wonderful job!!!

We are so thankful for Alero Moving & Storage Regina!Moving day brought bittersweet and stressful moments. The crew members were patient and supportive throughout the process, a standout was the strong communication they shared with each other. (It is something we can all aspire to achieve!)They were efficient with loading/unloading and the care they took with relocating our items over multiple trips was what eased the stress of moving.Not only did they provide boxes in advance, but they were VERY patient with us as we unboxed and settled into our new space over a few days.We highly recommend Alero Moving & Storage for personal and professional moves!~YMCA of Regina

We have used Alero Moving twice. Once for an in town move in Regina, and again for a long distance move to BC. I am so happy that we used this company. Everything was done on time.
