Got this from an in store purchase, attempted to return/exchange because of all these markings. Was unable to do so as staff stated it may have been engraved after the purchase, I had no way of knowing at the time of purchase that these markings existed as it’s been wrapped with the yeti branding. The price tag and qr code are all intact and i had proof of purchase on the day of showing the store address. They could have offered to check the cctv camera to see that I was in store on March 12 or offered options to resolve the matter. Staff was dismissive that they don’t carry this brand, which is in a way understandable, however that is the whole point I am returning/exchanging them because I got it from their store. Just the experience and conversation was frustrating and staff was dismissive and could not care less, indirectly implying I have done these markings and decided to return them. I would recommend purchasing Yeti products from amazon or elsewhere. As a first time buyer from the store I am definitely not coming back due to the lack of customer service and how the whole situation was handled.

Carter provides outstanding customer service. He took the time to explain the product in question, reviewed options for me to consider and helped me pick the perfect product. He was personable and professional. Atmosphere carries a great range of quality products at great price points. I will be shopping there again!!!

Lol I had such a BRUTAL experience trying to buy hiking boots here. The guy ignored us and would not offer to bring my size out. Store was DEAD, not the first time the same employee wouldn't help us. My husband and I were perplexed.I took a screenshot online of them and just drove over 2km to Cabela's. People at Cabela's customer service price matched them and sold them to me promptly with no issue and were sweet. They weren't surprised to hear about our issues at Atmosphere.Separate trip: picked up a water bottle to buy. Stood at the cashier counter, no line, had to wait 10 minutes for the two employees to help us, kind of just ignored me standing there. I guess they were enjoying chilling?I used to buy all my shoes/gear here back a couple years ago. Sad to see it go SOOO downhill. Much kinder to men than women.... do they even hire women?
