I stopped in off highway because steering wheel was shaking. They told me to replace rear tires which I did even thought I knew rear tires couldn’t cause issues but they would rotate them. I asked if that should fix issue and it did not.
I just took it in to a shop in Saskatoon and the balance was off badly on tires. How did they listen to my issues sell me 2 new tires and still not balance them and fix issues”
“I have brought a previous car here for repairs many years ago. When I had a recent fender bender I immediately knew that Universal was where I would take it for my repairs. The front end staff are wonderful and the car looks like brand new after they completed the repair work. A bonus was the excellent detailing job that they completed before i picked up the car. I hope not to have any more need for collision repairs but if I do, I will definitely bring my car back here.”
“Just awesome folks! Blew a tire on our RV this afternoon. These guys took GREAT care of us! We arrived 15 min before closing. Understandably they couldn't get the tires in until the morning, but they made our night in their yard comfortable. Supplied us power and a nice space to set up camp for the night. Even showed us how to get to the local dog park. Just took customer service and human kindness to the next level. If you need tires in Regina, Fountain Tire is your go to! Thank you so very much!”

“Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Had tires purchased from them to be put on rims (purchased elsewhere) was seamless. Issue with hug centric ring not fitting. Also needed some lug nuts for different car. Bought from there cheaper than anywhere else in town including Canadian tire. Will be buying new rims and tires for our 2nd vehicle this spring.”

The front desk people, especially Kaeden and Hieu were so helpful at every level, including arranging for my rental and doing very well at getting my part in as early as possible. My damage had been done on the left front fender, and after they were finished with it, it looks like brand new. It came back fully washed and smelling great. I highly recommend the folks at Dilawri Collision Centre!”

“My wife's car had a nasty dent in the drivers door. Mitch was able to repair the dent perfectly. Unfortunately, the dent was such that the clear coat was damaged and will need a touch up. Mitch adjusted the price because of it. We would come back to Dentworks if we had similar damage in the future, and highly recommend their business.”
