Really unfriendly staff . I went yesterday there and no one was ready to serve properly. I even waited on the billing counter for some time. No one was coming and at the end after i have to call someone. I don’t know whats wrong with them But their customer service was so poor.

Variety of body care range is available, everything is superb. Manager Dani is friendly and co-operative. Special mention for Joyee she is such a lovely girl and helped me even after store was closed and also helped my mother getting all the stuff. She made sure that we got all our stuff.

Very disappointing customer service. Some of the staff don’t know how to interact with customers. The girl at the till was so rude and impolite. Full of attitudes, throwing things around and ordering me to give her pen. Totally disappointed by the customer service received today. Very unprofessional and inappropriate.

What woman doesn't love this store. However I have found that the level of "punch" an aroma packs varies considerably. Makes it tough to try new things. For me, I like smells that fill the room or linger on my skin. Not overpowering but present. I was disappointed in the oil warmers and summer candle I bought recently (summer) but the Christmas candles will fill a room with a lovely scent. The autumn body spray is better/longer lasting than the summer stuff. So again, great store for people who love scents but inconsistency with product effectiveness and I was underwhelmed by the oil warmers.

It is very good place, but a bit expensive. We got vegan products that smell soo good! The staff are very kind and helpful too!

I don’t like leaving reviews but I came in in a Saturday and was so annoyed. I walked in.. IMMEDIATELY one of the staff came up and started talking to me about the fall weather and stuff, which is fine I understand there trying to help. I continue looking at everything and I kid you not at least 6 other staff members come to me asking if I need help or telling me the same deals I’ve already been told 3 other times before, I was in the middle of smelling a candle and another worker came up to me “do you need a basket?” Like no… I would’ve grabbed one if I needed one. I was so overwhelmed and annoyed it made me want to walk out. I love shopping here but it’s too overwhelming for me to have 6 different staff members coming up to me constantly.
