Shopping for footwear today with an injured knee requiring a crutch. Several employees from other departments noticed my condition but none offered any help. Finally after 15-20 minutes someone came. Very poor service, very poorly managed to enable a work culture like this; so sad. If I wasn't specifically looking for a Cabelas product I would have walked out, likely to never return.

customer service is extremely lacking would never purchase a firearm from here if anything is wrong with it they will do absolutely nothing to help you and just point you to the manufacturer and in canada that’s gonna be a year before you get anything back.they also sell broken Firearms as functioning in their used section I purchased a rifle and it had extremely light primer strikes, but because it was sold as used, even though it was sold, as if it worked, I was told it’s no refunds its my problem to deal with now. i’m pretty sure somebody purchased that new from them. It didn’t work. They said go screw yourself. Talk to the manufacturer instead of wasting time shipping. He just sold it back to them as used. On the upside, if you have an old piece of shit Firearm that’s not working as long as they can load a Dummy round into it and it ejects They consider it functioning and ready for sale so sell it to cabelas . other plus side is the front and staff know absolutely nothing of the products for sale so often someone gets lucky and walks out with a case of shotgun shells for 20 bucks when they only scan just the outside box once. they did that to me, and I did the ethical thing and now I’m thinking I should’ve kept my mouth shut after being Scammed by them on a broken used rifle they sold me.

Just purchased, winter hunting gear. The selection is great and when they have a sale, the prices are very reasonable. 9 months later, just purchased a few more things to go elk hunting, same comments, good selection and prices.

Always an adventure going to Cabela's
Could spend all day there and still never see all the cool products they have, and grab a big bag of beef jerky on the way out.

There is something for everyone… even if you are not into fishing, hunting or even camping it’s still got neat stuff and quality clothes and I love the hats. Staff is great and atmosphere is wonderful.. love the place and they have a great Christmas inflatables that are Cabelas themed inflatables.

Very helpful staff if they have time !!! Good variety of hunting stuff but no rivel to compare to. So for a modest opinion I will give 3 stars still love to roam around the store it's my obsession
