This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Every time I go, I have to wait because they are on personal phone calls. As well, they never give me a receipt when I drop off a pre paid label package. They refuse to and say it’s not possible. However every other Canada post always gives one automatically when you drop off a package.I avoid this post office

Canada Post Hood EditionThe place was sketchy so as the service, this is nothing compared to some other Canada Post where the clerks are knowledgable, not like at this place, I'm surprised they've been authorized by Canada Post to operate like that.

Another great experience at this post office, where I got very helpful service by very informed and patient staff person.Do not hesitate to go here to mail anything as it is just the best post office in Regina.

Horrible delivery service had to wait weeks for my package to come. they also lie about the time, I got told my package would come at 1 o’clock the latest it is 4:38 and still hasn’t come

Post office clerk is ALWAYS rude and wouldnt scan in my small packet air parcel to give me my receipt that has its parcel code(it shows the customer it was accepted in the mailstream, I've worked at broad st location, so I know) clerk just tossed in the back room and told me to go. Then told me to take a photo of it(that carries NO validity for Canada post or my customers with losses) I just took my stuff back and went to Northgate where the clerk was fully trained to know how to help and get my receipt no problem, and happily did it.The thing is they should be trained much better at this location. Getting snarky acting like he knows how to do his job and he does this is like... weird.
