Canadian Tire is a popular store known for its wide selection of automotive items, tools, and outdoor camping gear. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always ready to assist with questions and help load heavy items. The store offers a great range of products, including spa chemicals and swimming pool supplies, often at reasonable prices, especially during sales. Many shoppers highlight the excellent return and replacement policy, which simplifies the process if issues arise with purchases.
While most experiences are positive, some customers mention that certain staff members could improve their attitude. For instance, one customer noted that the cashier could be more approachable. However, many praise specific employees for their exceptional service, such as Aaron from the service department, who is recognized for his expertise and helpfulness.

Decent store with a good selection. Just keep the staff a little more focused so they don’t stand around talking to each other and pay more attention to the customers. 🫡
