“In September 2023 my mom and I went to Regina to see family and had the most horrible experience with our airline. Our luggage wasn't allowed to be boarded due to time frame, so we headed on a 5 day trip with a small backpack and the clothes on our back. We didn't rent a car initially but went to enterprise to see how much one might cost. Ashdeep Kaur helped us immediately and gave us a great deal and kindness for our experiences. She was quick, efficient, and got us into a rental vehicle within 10 minutes.
