As an international student, they helped me with explaining everything very politely. The staff Gurkirat Brar made me familiar with all the bank procedures and explained it in a much familiar way.

I have visited CIBC bank for number of times and always had a great experience with the employees especially Kamalpreet Nagar as well as Gurkirat Kaur who have help me a lot with from the beginning of my account opening. Both of them are quite humble and caring for their clients.

I have a bad experience with this Branch and their staffs many times. On thursday Jul 4, i went there to deposit all my cash and the coins that I exchanged from the bank before as I dont need the coin anymore. When i came, a staff named Mosammat helped me to do the transaction. She showed a bad behaviour with customer, disrespecful and rude too. I still not count all the coins that i got, it all comes a roll with 25 coins per one roll and many different kinds. There are some coins outside, she gave me 2 pieces of paper to put it on. While i put it on as her request, she took all my coins which are already in rolls and put on her table, after that she keep asking me how much i have, but i cant count it from a far distance. I asked her to give me back my money but she said no. And keep asking me how much there. I told her i cant see from a far distance, after a while, she said okay your money total is pla pla pla. Even the bank staff know how much it was, why you keep putting your customer in a touch situation and show your bad behaviour. I highly recommend the bank to consider again about your service. I will definitely switch to another bank instead of doing business with CIBC.

Customer service representative swore and rolled eyes when i needed a manager only to be greeted by an angry pissed off lady who was anything but pleasant to deal with. Stay away from this branch! They need new management badly.

Horribly slow customer service. I am forced to go to this location for work and it’s the absolute worst bank I’ve ever been to. Always only have 1 teller open and she’s incredibly slow and chatty. If you go here be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in line. Do not recommend this bank at all.

The slowest, most painful tellers I’ve ever witnessed. Come in for something quick and I’m stuck in like for over 20 minutes when it’s only 3 people in line. What. A. Joke.
