“Was just in and needed a very specific length of Jean with no rips and the girl that helped me was SUPER helpful and found me every pair she could that fit what I was needing. I tried them in and found a couple pairs as well as some tops. When I was checking out her and the other associates were more than nice and respectful, even complimented me and made conversation. Truly feel like they went above and beyond to help and genuinely enjoy their job. “Had such a great experience here!! I wish I got the name of the lady who helped us out, but I hope you know who you are! We were searching all over for this rare jellycat (Tiny Bartholomew Bear) and couldn’t find him although it said he was in stock on the website. So we went to ask the nearest staff member for help. This kind lady was searching everywhere, I’m almost sure she was on her hands and knees looking for him. While we were about to accept defeat, she comes out from the back carrying him!! She was just as excited as we were! As we went to the checkout, another lady (cashier) immediately went “aww Bartholomew!”. I LOVE it when people know the products they are selling! We mentioned we were from out of province, and we were so happy to stop by to search for this jellycat. She was intrigued and curious and started asking more questions! It may not seem like much, but those kind interactions are hard to come by these days. Thank you for the two staff members that made our day!”
“Fantastic service! Went in needing a suit same day and the first couple didn't fit right in the colour I initially wanted but the associate (Steven) suggested some other colours that would work for my occasion (as well as offered the name of a near by alternative if I was set on the colour, very helpful) and found me a fantastic combination of a jacket, pants, and shirt that not only looked fantastic but also fit great and was very comfortable. The whole experience was very efficient and excellent without feeling rushed which I very much appreciated with my limited time I had today. The suit is also the most comfortable I've ever owned.

“I recently visited the Regina store and was greeted right away. Shortly after, I noticed that Kat who I follow on TikTok was shaping hats for another customer. I cannot overstate what a breath of fresh air this was. To have someone in the store who actually knows their craft makes an immediate difference.
Having Kat in the store completely changes the shopping experience. It stops being a basic trip and becomes a curated/knowledgeable experience. Kat genuinely knows her stuff. This stood out in a big way, especially compared to my last few visits, where the staff were friendly but clearly not involved in Western culture. It fells like city kids working in a Western store with no interest or know how in the cowboy culture.
Kat IS the walking/ breathing/real life Lammle’s brand doll in store. After talking with her for a while, she helped me find some new shirts and a gift for my husband. I asked if she was there all the time. She said she only works a few times a month, I was honestly disappointed. I completely understand that this is not her only gig but the fact that you have someone like her working there at all is a huge asset.
As long as you keep Kat, I will keep coming back.

“Beautiful store with lots of art (beadwork, painting, carving). The ladies working here are kind and helpful. You can also buy medicine here - I got some sage and sweetgrass. Everything I saw was reasonably priced. Wonderful to stop in if you are in the area.”
“Friendly staff. I lucked out by being able to get an item which was a return by another patron. The website stated that there were a few pairs of a particular pair of shorts, which apparently didn’t show up at the store. The clerk was amazing in finding what I wanted and did a check in the back to make sure that there weren’t extras.”
