I have gone here since it opened. Nothing but trouble with the self serve pumps, almost never print a receipt for wash code and often illegible. I go to the self serve pumps to be in and out quick and then I have to line up inside because the pump didn't print my wash code receipt. The people in front are buying lottery tickets, drinks and snacks and this is exactly why I pay at the pump. Today I went inside and I was printed my receipt and after sitting at the wash entrance inputting my code many times and being rejected I went back inside. The cashier couldn't read the right number either but brought it up on a display. The second last number is supposed to be a 6 but looks like a 5 because the printing is so bad. Take a look for yourself. Complete waste of time going there.

Car wash is definitely not worth the wait, equipment is in poor condition and low water pressure system to lengthen your wash cycle.
Didn't even clean the bugs off the front of our vehicle - Horrible customer service when we spoke to the young attendant in the car wash area. They also had a lane closed down in the automatic machine as it was not functioning either.
Overall, poor experience....

Most Co-op Gas Bars have friendly staff who are usually quick to fill up your tank. This one is no exception.

Very disappointed. Surprised Coop would attach their name to something so run down and dirty. I expect so much more from somewhere with the Sherwood Coop name. The wand wash is horrible!! Extremely dirty, equipment is run down and leaks, often out of chemical, etc. they need to do some major updates to this facility and have someone cleaning stalls after vehicles leave. Do better.

We had accidentally left the vehicle lights on when we were parked at the A&W next door and the battery in the car died. We panicked for a minute then I thought of calling the Co-op next door. Within 2 minutes a lady came out with a portable battery charger to help us and we were on our way. We are so thankful for this kind service.

Hours say open until 9pm, and I came today around 5pm, and was turned away by 2 teen workers saying they are closed but everything clearly looked open, there was no sign saying elsewise. so, I went elsewhere. Very confused

Today I took my car at co op gas station for wand wash. This place is a big ZERO when it comes to service. Their vaccum does not suck well. When you select soap it does not work. When I expressed my concern and disattisfaction to the attendant who was a young girl in the counter, she asked me to take the business elsewhere. Wowww. That is right there disrespect and total disregard for the job. What a pity. You are not doing any favor to customers on the other hand customers are doing a big favor by buying your services. I will never return here and give my business here. These types of arrogance needs a lesson.

The upgrades to their hand wash were less than favourable, low pressure, less water volume. Takes significantly more time with unsatisfactory results. Used to be the best in town. Will not return!

They changed the wand wash and removed the high pressure rinse feature. The pressure is noticeably reduced and it takes longer to rinse the vehicle which then costs more money. I guess the name of the game for co-op is profit but for the consumer it was efficiency. Co-op won.
