Horrible staff! Wouldn’t return my perfect book and was laughing at me! Fire these uneducated people and hire staff who actually read the policy and don’t glaze books!

This is such a great place for books but when I recently went in, I noticed a certain employee being very condescending and rude to her fellow co workers. It honestly made me sick to my stomach as this is such a great store with great people. I hope indigo can correct this with giving her proper training or replacing her. I don’t want to name her but I do remember what her name tag said and I will be sending a complaint to indigo

I was in this location on Saturday and the two people you had working were amazing. I absolutely loved shopping with such wonderful staff. I loved the young man's beard and the young lady had such style. They were both very kind, ans helpful. They also kept tabs on my son when he slipped around the corner I was reading at. You have amazing employees. I hope they know this! Thanks again. I'll definitely be back.
