Natasja Barlow was beyond helpful for my parents. I actually don’t know if I’ve ever heard of a manger personally going to a clients home to help them navigate a new online banking format. She deserves more than a raise for her kindness and valuable leadership. We need more people in the world like her.

Had an issue with my credit card. After no luck with the card issuer, the branch manager (Natashja, I think?) was super helpful. Was meant to receive a call in 12-15 days, but just received my card four days later via express mail.Thank you!!

Been banking with Conexus on 5th Avenue branch since 1979. That's 44 yrs now. Have never had a problem with getting a loan and always had great service. Sadly the branch was closed a few yrs ago. So far this branch's service has been good and some of the staff are great.

Overall I've always had great service with Conexus. My biggest problem is their hours. They close so early I can never go there until Saturdays

Don't even try to call, unless you plug your phone into surround sound and turn the volume to 11 you will NEVER hear them over the phone. Even the hold music on speaker phone at max volume on my cell phone is as audible as any other call without speakerphone. To even determine when I was taken off hold I genuinely had to plug my phone into my stereo.Edit to add, after 30 minutes on hold I was IMMEDIATELY hung up on. Was going to switch from CIBC but definitely will be looking elsewhere. Absolutely terrible experience and all I was trying to do is look into opening an account. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The loans officer I have been in contact with is seemingly always out of the office. Getting ahold of him takes over a week each time. Getting frustrated, and doesn't make me want to continue banking here. Support staff have been helpful, though, and I appreciate their efforts.

Had an account at credit union since the fat cat account days. In my 20+ years of being their customer I have been denied for everything I've ever applied for with them. No to student loan, car loan, mortgage, general loan I don't even have bad credit and worked full time (as well as my husband) so I have no idea why. Other banks I wasn't even a customer with gave me a loan no problem. Other wonderful stories include my friend was told to go to a credit counselling service after they approved a loan to consolidate her credit cards then took back their word. Another is a family member worked there for 25+ years, had a supervisor position, moved to Regina and applied three different times for a position and was told not the right fit? If I could give them zero stars I would.

I’m disappointed they got rid of the global payment card. I’m told to get a credit card through them instead but I feel like this is just so you have to pay interest. I won’t be getting a credit card and might be switching to scotia bank because they have something similar to the GPC. Also I needed to call to cancel an appointment and I had to stay on hold for over 15 minutes to get through. Next time I am just not going to show up. Otherwise this bank is good. Staff is friendly, but service is a bit slow.

I have a referral from an employee to start banking here. I’ve been considering it a long time. If you need a Saturday appointment you HAVE to book weeks in advance. They have no FSRs for walk in appointments. I tried calling weekdays, a couple days ahead whenever I knew I had time due to my long work hours. A few times it was a run around on the phone, but the furthest I got is we are so sorry we can’t help you
Can’t sit and wait, as apparently that’s not an option. I’m offering my business to them, and have to beg. Red flags for things to come

HORRIBLE. Had an account for three days. If you have a question you will receive a different answer from every person you ask. No one knows what they are doing and they couldnt care less about how they treat their customers.
