I’ve been purchasing all my products from Cosmo Prof always , But for the first time , I visited the branch in south (986 Albert St)
On Sunday & I’ve never had such a wonderful, professional, friendly, helpful, honest & wonderful experience in any store ever…. Everyone in that store were so so so good & helpful & kind .Their patience with customers were amazing….& it all comes from wonderful management of store by “Tania”.
She is the shining star in that branch, who brings the goodness & greatness to the whole place , with her wonderful talent of dealing with clients & as the same time, producing good & positive vibes for all employees …whom themselves, were putting their heart in their work, with their absolute 💯 percent performance .
I’ve never been so satisfied & happy ,in any store ever before, as I have had my experience in this place.

Wow this store has gone downhill so fast. What a waste of time shopping here, the staff are rude and are not knowledgeable.

Just couple of days ago I bought clippers that worthed more than 300 hundred for my job as a barber. I didn't use it when I start it it was very noisy an loudly.I went there to exchange or return but they didn't accept to serve me .It was 260$ Amazon bit I bought it from here for any warranty.Very sad to see this bad service in the cityCustomer service is 0.

Shopped here a couple times and was told the last time I was in that unfortunately no one with a Medical Aesthetics certificate can purchase from Cosmo.I currently do Microneedling, Facials, Waxing, Dermaplanning, Manicures and Pedicures, Laser hair removal, Body sculpting, and chemical peelsGood to know for the future and because its not advertised anywhere that you need to bring your other certificates and not just the medical aesthetics one (as it's not accepted) ; I thought I'd make a review so everyone else can prepare before they make the drive.Sorry Medical Aestheticians. We can't shop with them :(I guess we aren't competent enough to handle their products.
