I adore this store. They have the best Jellycat selection in the city and the price is always within reason. The clerks are kind and seem to genuinely love the products they stock.
It can be a little hard to visit the store because of the short hours. It is only open during a majority of people’s working hours, so anyone working the usual Monday to Friday 9-5’s can only visit it during weekends. But it’s a lovely little local shop none of the less!

Very disappointing service before Xmas and today. Male shopper Stood and waited to be acknowledged for long enough I was ready to leave. One of the owners was present and saw me. Spouse has been advised to take Crocus and Ivy off the list for gifts because the male shopper refuses to be ignored and treated poorly when spending money on gifts.

A local store with nice, higher-end stuff (for Regina anyways). Unfortunately, they have some very strict return policies. I received a birthday gift which I already had and wanted to exchange/return it after their 2-week return policy. The item was still in its original packaging and was not a seasonal item. They would not consider giving me a gift card but suggested I now have a very nice item I could gift to someone else. Needless to say I was not impressed.I actually have been a customer for several years and have spent some money at this store. I have noticed over the years that some of the staff/owner are often quite aloof (as mentioned by others before) but I was willing to ignore it as I like their merchandise and I like to support local stores. For the time being, I will spend my money at other local stores that are a bit more accommodating.

It is very hard to get into the store with a stroller, door is hard to pull open and it quickly shuts behind you. Their staff is friendly and helpful but sometimes staff at the front counter do not acknowledge you could in. Very high prices

One of local gems full of beautiful things- there is something for everyone- moms, kids, grandmas, grandkids, home. If it’s a gift- they will put it in a box with a pretty bow. A little secret for those who are chasing after hosiery: they have the best French tights. Friendly helpful staff.

First time in this store. Walked past four employees without one saying hello or acknowledging my presence! Then one said hello but by that time I already was on my way out of this over priced cabbage smelling store.
