“I went to Visions this week to purchase a new radar detector, got charger full price for a brand new one, got home and it was clearly a opened box. Its not missing any of the important pieces but is missing the manual. Went back and the staff tried to be as helpful as they could. Went to see if they could find one without opening a new box. They where unable to but found one for me online. Their customer service was great they helped me find a solution, im just hung up on why I wasn't able to get the open box price defiantly will be checking next time before buying. Still great service from in store staff. **update** after getting in contact with the store manager he was super helpful and offered a quick and easy resolution. Amazing support and customer service. Definalty helps this store stand out and make me come back for further purchases.”

“This store have amazing staffs , presentable clean store and good quality food.
They are helpful and polite especially the guys that i meet everynight. One is the short guy with glasses and the one with green hair. Guy with glasses is good with cleaning. Every time i go here at night he always cleans, the green haired guy is fun. He always greet and make customers smile i dont know why but he has good humor while serving customers.
Buckingham is my favorite store so far!!!

“I recently purchased an iPhone 17 and Boss headphones from the Bestbuy store located in East of Regina. I am satisfied with the customer service despite the fact that I undertook the purchase on Black Friday.
The store was busy but there were several customer assistants to help us. Store was clean and products were displayed well. Payment was quick and smooth. The store also offered me a Gift card worth $250 along with a great deal on my iPhone. Though Costco had a similar deal but had a wait time of 2 hours just to communicate with a sales representative. I was informed to visit later if I wanted them to put a free screen guard on my phone as their staff was busy in sales on Black Friday. I visited a week later and the staff replaced my screen guard also for free as it has minor scratches.
We have previously purchased a Sony TV about 3 years ago from this store and it works great till date.
Both my experiences were good at BestBuy Regina and. I will recommend everyone to visit here :)”
