Amazing customer service. Went in with a screw in the tire late afternoon and ordered certain tires. then when they got into the shop they realized it was the wrong brand and took a reasonable amount off for the mistake so I could get on the road. They stayed after close to put them on. A few days later realized my locknut was missing went in and they covered the whole charge. The manager/owner went beyond what he had to do. If you need anything tire related I highly recommend this fountain tire!

Had the worst experience here, not sure how to go about explaining fully but got a wheel aliment, 5 days later while on ring road ball joints failed and almost totalled car resulted in hitting the ditch and almost hitting a pole head on. This has traumatized me.

I had my summer tires removed and winter tires put on. Before putting on the winter tires the technician noticed that one tire had no tread left in the middle of the tire and needed to be replaced. With the help and knowledge of Jordan Wilkins (assistant manager), 2 winter tires of my liking where purchased. Thank Jordan for your professionalism and your understanding with what I needed at this time. See you when the snow melts in the spring.

Well would like to thank Wayne the manager and Kyle, field service tech for coming to our aid in our time of need. When CAA themselves were unable to help us and bring us a tire while we were broke down on the side of the highway. These two men were amazing to us in bringing us a tire in our time of need. A great big thank you!!!!
