Always great service coming in here, and some nice deals lately too. And... it's always nice to be told when you're thinking of buying an expensive item and you ask about it to be told that no, it's not suitable for the purpose I intended it for. Instead of making an easy sale off me they took the high road and warned me away from a product I didn't need. Well done Fresh Air!

Great store in Regina! I was looking to get into cross country skiing, and looked around home and only SportChek had any skis to start with and not what I thought I needed for skiing on non groomed trails, so I called Fresh Air Experience in Regina and told them what I was looking for and they said they could get me set up so I headed out on the 2 hour trip to get there. The staff I dealt with knew what I needed as both I dealt with ski also. With not having any experience with skis really I felt having someone that actually knew what I needed was well worth the trip there. I got better equipment and better price than the big box store would have been. They don't have a big flashy storefront, I never expected they would have so many things in there. They were fantastic and I will be back for anything outdoor sports related.

I am consistently impressed with the staff at FAE. I've primarily dealt with Trevor - who is knowledgeable and always open/willing to share his info. A 10/10 example of customer service.

I was on the search for a kayak... Sarah asked me the right questions: How often do you go? How long are your kayak sessions? Do you go when it's rough waters or calm? She got me into the right kayak LOWER than my budgeted price! I highly recommend FAE and the staff there :)

Came here to look at cross country ski equipment. The staff made the experience amazing. Trevor patiently educated me about what I would need, and didn't make me feel stupid for being a noob at the sport. They have an excellent selection, even for tall people like me. Great local business.

Such great customer service. When ever we have an issue with our gear Fresh Air and their staff always have us covered. A special shout out to Trevor who recently assisted us, getting what we needed before our final camping trip of the summer!

My favorite out door everything store! The staff is highly knowable, helpful and kind. They have everything from clothing and camping gear to kayaks, freeze dried meals, and even skis! They even have great quality rentals for all your outdoor sport needs like cross country skiing, cannoning and more! This locally owned and operated business is the best when it comes to ensuring you have the right gear for any occasion and any caliber. From hiking on they have you covered!

Went in with a hose for a paddle board bought else were. They did not care and looked for solutions for me. They ended up fixing the hose we brought in and did not charge me. I tried to make a coffee order for the staff but then he wanted to go and pay for the coffee offering me one. The best service ever. Will definate purchase there next time the service is worth it.
