They even called us before arriving and then brought the mattress inside. The price is Ok. The couch was ordered new, and took about two months (we were expecting three) to arrive.The staff in store were lovely; while we had only been to the store twice, the staff remembered us and what we were looking for. They took their time answering our numerous questions, and went over all the options available to us.The individuals who delivered the items were on time, courteous, and very pleasant! At this place, you get to choose the components of your new mattress, so you can have soft, medium, or firm. The results are impressive! I couldn't believe the difference from my old sagging mattress; clearly, the purchase was overdue! Excellent service & the mattress was delivered the next day!”
