“Ask for Brando!!We had incredible service from this associate recently at the Regina East Visions location. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We had a few issues understanding some technology, and he was amazing with helping us out…even over the phone at one point. A top-notch customer experience is what everybody looks for when they intend to purchase an item they know little about and Brando is the man to give it. We will be sure to seek him out on our next visit, and urge anyone to do the same!”

“This review is to rave about the manager, Donny, at the Cornwall Source. I ordered AirPods online in late November for a Christmas gift. By December 15th I had still not received them. I visited the store at the Cornwall and spoke with Donny who went out of his way to make sure I received the AirPods by Christmas. There was an issue with the shipping/label, and this meant that I would not receive the AirPods for Christmas Day. Donny phoned me on December 24th and made sure that I got the AirPods in store to “have the gift under the christmas tree.” This was very kind and unexpected. I felt very taken care of as a customer and appreciate the service that Donny provided.”

“I had an exceptional technology service experience at the electronics section of London Drugs Grasslands, thanks to one of their outstanding employees, whose name is either Ahmed or Hamed (I’m not exactly sure). His knowledge about microcontrollers, Arduino boards, and operating systems was impressive. He went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. He was very patient and attentive. He actually saved me from making unnecessary purchases.”

Here you can buy gas and food or just order from home with skip the dishes for what you need and it will be delivered.I am giving this establishment 5 stars because in its category of 7-Elevens that have a gas station, this location does things right. The washrooms are also clean.”

“Went in to see what was wrong with my command start and found out that I had just bumped the safety toggle switch to off. He also programmed an additional remote for me which was much appreciated. All in all it was a good experience.”

“Edited to add: Manger replied to my review. Called him as requested, and he was professional, ensured follow-up would occur and offered to find the item and set aside for me.Drove quite a distance to this store because it said they had a good stock of an item that is only carried by two stores in Regina. I went to the area where they should be and found an employee unboxing items there. I asked her where they would be located, and she was completely rude to me, stated, "I have no idea, we only have TEN more pallets to go through! I have no idea where they are." She then walked away from me, as I continued to stand there. Another employee standing there just looked at me like I was crazy to ask such a thing because they were clearly too busy to help a customer. The staff here need some serious training in the customer service department. So disappointing...”
