Above and beyond service! The owners were super kind and very helpful. They even helped me with the wand wash as it was my first time use. The owners offered to show me how to use the equipment and wash my vehicle! Exceptional customer service and care! 10/10 business!

I was a regular customer at this car wash as it is near to my house. I prefer wand wash most of the time. Usually i wash the car and take it out to dry up the car. But Today, the snow on the side skirts are not coming off while I pressure washed. I turned of the meter and the bill was $8 . I tired to push of the Ice manually and it worked.
I took out my mats to wash it and immediately a lady came and said this is not allowed.
I asked what ??
and she responded manual pushing of ice from the car.
She said you can use water to push it of.
I said I already paid for the water and it didn’t work well and I am ready to pay now for cleaning the mats and wash the rest of the car.
She was so rude and she said I have to clean it off if I push the Ice manually.
I already paid for the service i used and was ready to pay for the rest of cleaning.
After that I went to husky and did the rest of the car wash. Car wash means clean the according to our wish right?? We are paying for it and it’s our right.
I am not going back to Gopher again. One of the worst in customer service.

Solid water pressure with great soap. SUV looks great afterwards. Staff is extremely nice. Wash bays are on the small side but otherwise 2 thumbs up!

The management there needs to understand that people does come for a reason to manual car wash and they should be allowed to wash the car as per their satisfaction, not rushed the moment they park the car in. I understand if it's busy however even when it's not busy they just want you out as soon as possible. Poor customer service.
