Got followed around while I was looking for a few clothes for work, on my break from work. Won’t be shopping here anymore… if you’re going to be following people around the store assuming they’re going to steal, maybe your store associates should at least ask if I’m doing okay or needing any help so it’s a little less obvious???? lol

I will only order online from this store from now on.
I was followed through the whole store by one person and never offered any help once.
This is why retail stores are dying. No customer service and everyone is a thief. I was tempted to return what I bought. My husband stopped me from pulling a Karen.
DO BETTER!
The cashier was lovely and that’s it.

Always found old collections, never felt they have updated the new collections ever. Men’s trial room and upstairs counter were closed for more than 2 years, even after Covid. They have opened upstairs trial room and a counter now, but when I recently went to buy some stuffs, they closed the upstairs counter at 4:30pm, I have been asked to pay downstairs. I asked at what time they close, staff informed that they close at 6pm, but they usually close the upstairs counter bit early. I felt 1 and half hour early is not a bit, but there is no point to argue with the staff.

Absolutely the dream, they have y2k style, vintage clothing, clothings with collars (personal favorite,) and sweaters you cannot go wrong with! I’ve went there and got an short collar long sleeve shirt and a sweater! It only costs about 35 plus tax!

They don't accept returns even if you have the receipt and have used the app to purchase items.They asked me for the tags to accept the return. This is very inconvenient.

Staff acts so suspicious and un welcoming. The manager moves all around the store staring and giving you looks while you try to browse, but as soon as you actual need assistance they are suddenly no where to be found.

Fashion trends are a bit out of style, not much choices for plus size women and costs are definitely higher than they're worth. It still gives off high end shopping vibes, though.
