He didn't try to upsell us anything and no hidden fees and worked with us within our budget. “Hayden showed up today and got my fireplace started again and spent time to show me how to do it myself. I was unable to unclip the front due to a mistake in how it was set up but it's fixed now.Very pleased with the fireplace and Hayden's help.My only suggestion would be to return my call, even if its to say you can't come in the short term.”

“I had a friend, who lives in Regina and has a cracked windshield, saying she couldn’t drive into Moose Jaw. She had phoned me about the other auto glass places in the City of Regina, that they will take cars to get the windshields repaired and replaced every Monday to Friday, where some are closed on the weekends. But I would recommend Hepting Glass Centre for anybody, who needs a new windshield or to get one repaired can come every Monday to Saturday from 7:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays or 8:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday and she says that I saved the day.”
“We recently relocated to Regina and were shopping around for a double bed and mattress within our budget. After visiting a few stores and finding prices quite high, we decided to stop by this store based on a recommendation, and we’re so glad we did!
Their prices were very reasonable without any compromise on quality. The showroom was spacious and well organized, with a wide variety of good-quality furniture at affordable prices.
Bibi was wonderful, she went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and our bed was delivered the very next day!

“A large store in Northgate Mall, offering a large variety of fabrics, tailoring items, wool, drapery cloth, ready made curtains, bags, curtain rods and other accessories. Valentine items have appeared after Christmas.
The staff is professional and helpful. Good layout and well stacked items.
Suggest that the store should look into the possibility of forward integration by way of accepting orders for customised curtains and drapery for Sofa sets, etc.”

“Absolutely outstanding and exceptional service by Marco!! I ordered a bunch of items from the Regina structube and since we were travelling all the way from Saskatoon I had to ensure quite a few things before we made the trip. Marco was amazing with his service, he helped me pay for the order online since I was not in the city, the process was super quick and seamless with his help. I accidentally ordered the wrong sided sectional sofa as part of my order and Marco and his team were quick in fixing my error and ordering the right one. Everything was delivered earlier than expected. Marco was understanding of our out of city travel and able to hold the items for us longer till the weekend we could drive over to Regina. I wanted to order and open box item which I was not able to do online as delivery to Saskatoon is not available by structube. Marco consulted with the manager and was able to order it on our behalf so we can pay for it in person when we visit. He was also very helpful in person at the store, we actually ended up buying 2 more chairs and will be making another trip back to the store to pick those up.Marco and his staff also helped us load all the furniture into the truck.
Over all, Marco has been extremely understanding and kind with us, making adjustments with pick ups and orders as needed, considering we are travelling a long distance. I’d say the service was great and I’m very impressed. I will definitely be purchasing more items and visiting this location!”

“Good service and price on the Lotus mattress we purchased. Better option than Leon’s, The Brick etc. where sales can push. Have yet to use the mattress so can’t comment on the product itself yet.”
