Bought a Kode comforter. Washed it 2 mos later according to label.the comforter meted inside and shrunk up, crispy, unusable. Because it was past 30 days they won’t do anything about it.

I know this place will close down in 2025, but I love this place in 2020, but I slowly stop visiting it and then in 2024 I came back for the things that change already. It's so sad they are going with the ones that closed years ago. The Gap, Eddie Bauer, Volcom, Sears, Call It Spring, Charmed Aroma, Freshii, Roots, Laura Secord, Kung Pao Wok and The Body Shop. I give it 5 stars cause employees were nice (most of them were).

Nice collection some time you get good deals . Yesterday I shopped my experience was really amazed and impressive with BONNIE she is old lady she help to find and guide for stuff and due to warehouse closed bring my stuff with me up to main door. Highly appreciated these sort of employee .

If I could I would give their credits department a zero. Neo is very bad. I had 17 fraudulent charges on Valentine’s Day. No help when I called their tiny number on the card. Their line was unclear. They just wanted me to do their work and send me a new card! Not likely to ever activate it. Or shop there again. ?
