Rude !
Zero knowledge about parts !
No tolerance to the people who have accent.
They will quote and sell parts to you that doesn’t fit model of the car .
Be careful with that dealership ! They are just a fraud .

This was my first vehicle purchased from a dealership. I thought Dilawri is a big name and they must be professional and excellent in the market. I purchased used Hyundai Elantra 2020 Red color and it had only about 60k kms on it. Within a week its Blind collision sensor stopped working on the highway and the dealership told me they will book an appointment which was never done. They gave me a vehicle with studded winter tires in summer which was replaced after two weeks. I told them the blower is making noise and the steering wheel is making rubbing noise from the day of purchase they said they will fix it but it never got fixed. My car was at the dealership for more than a week. No appointment and nothing at all. All I was given was that it will be fixed. I thought nothing worse can happen but amazingly Engine light turns on. Wow! Then I told them to at least replace the car as it has so many faults but they said the car which I bought was 23k and added protection and other things which cost me 25k will be now only 18.5k
I asked what I am getting after buying from you. They amazed me by saying it is under Hyundai warranty and you are on your own. Please call Hyundai and get it fixed. Thank you for buying from us and because it has been about a month so our 30 days warranty also expired and nothing we can do. And please enjoy the car. I don't know what kind of inspection is done before selling. And now I called Hyundai they said they booked appointment at 16th July so, My engine light is On, Steering is making rubbing noise, Blower is loud, Blind Collision Sensor is not working on highway and I am paying EMI of the car which I purchased from a reputable Infinity Regina. If it is not under warranty I would be paying from my pocket. I had purchased a car from the dealership and will be paying for its repairs. That's an Irony. All I was expecting was mental peace but all I got was a hard lesson and mental harassment. Thank you for your support and dedication Billy. Thanks for never fixing the car you sold. I appreciate your efforts. Keep it up!

Bought my q50 here a couple years ago. Left a review on Nissans page... Ways great service. Corey in the service department is always friendly and willing to answer questions. Not once have I gotten the feeling he's trying to simply upsell a guy so that's nice as well.

Infiniti Regina exceeded my expectations with their warranty service. Despite my initial concerns, the team handled everything with efficiency and expertise. They promptly diagnosed the issue and took care of all the necessary repairs under warranty, saving me both time and money. The communication throughout the process was clear and transparent, ensuring I was informed every step of the way. I left feeling impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction and confident in the reliability of my vehicle. Infiniti Regina's warranty service truly sets a high standard for excellence in the industry. Thank you Infiniti Regina and Corey! (Infiniti service Advisor)

My first time at Infiniti service after purchasing new to me 30,000km QX50 from another dealership. Waited years to save for my favourite car. The manager at the dealership was nothing but rude and continued to provide false information about repairs needed.I advised her the cruise warning was showing error messages and she insisted it was damaged from the report they ran but wouldn't give me a copy of the report. When I asked her to point out the where the sensor was she pointed to the bottom of the grill in the bumper area (where a sensor does not exist). When I asked why it felt like they didn’t want my business she told me, “maybe if you bought the car from us and were a regular customer we would be more willing to help you out.” I was shocked. That is one way to loose a customer right off the bat. Do yourself the favour and go to Infiniti Saskatoon. They treat everyone the same and don’t attempt to rip you off. They are truthful and more then willing to help. What was quoted almost $1000 from infiniti Regina was simply $250 at most.

I had the opportunity to work with Shyam who is a blessing of a sales person. I went in for a test drive on Saturday and spent the afternoon with Shyam who took the time do make sure I was able to have a great test drive and he explained all of the capabilities of the new vehicle in detail. I had the opportunity to meet with the Wen & Fang the Finance Managers and Leon the General Sales Manager. The team is so knowledgeable and very caring. Shyam ensured that all of my questions were answered and he was very quick in responding!Without hesitation, I knew that this was the car for me. And that decision was easily made from the amazing customer service from Shyam! When I returned to purchase my car today, Shyam was there to meet me. He set aside his afternoon to make sure my purchase was seamless. He drove me to my insurance company so I could transfer my insurance. Once the paperwork was completed, Shyam took me to my car which was in the showroom. He had covered it with a car cover and a big red bow on it!! On his own, Shyam detailed the car inside and out to make sure it was spotless! There was so much attention to detail and the service was phenomenal. Shyam ran through the entire vehicle diagnostic again, l vehicle capabilities and the new technology. Shyam ensured that there were new car mats in my car for me. His attention to detail and service delivery is outstanding!!Before leaving, I had a grand tour of the entire building and ended up feeling already familiar with the location. At no given time did I feel any sort of pressure to purchase and that’s what made my purchase an even more a wonderful experience!!If I could give Shyam a rating it would be 10/5 stars!! I would recommend this amazing Salesman and dealership to my friends and family. If you want great customer service, attention to detail and a team that truly cares about you go see Shyam at Infiniti Regina!!

No concern for safety or customer experience. If you're buying a used vehicle from them, I strongly recommend taking it to another dealership or mechanic to have it inspected. I purchased my 2019 VW Atlas from them in March 2023. Day one, I have to return with a low pressure tire light on. They filled it and sent me on my way. Day two the light came back on and I took it back. They found out there was a nail in the tire and said they would replace the damaged tire. My husband and I had to argue with them that all the tires need to be replaced because it was an AWD vehicle. They refused and replaced the two front tires. Their "service team" assured me that if they replaced the punctured tire and the one that had the most ware on it then it would still be fine and “up to standards”. We took the vehicle to a tire shop to have a second opinion. In writing the tire shop measured the tires and advised us to have all 4 replaced because it was AWD and so the tires would wear evening. Fast forward 5 months in August. The front assist warning light came on and I took it to the VW dealership, they recalibrated it and sent me on my way. It light came on again in September and VW preformed a full inspection. They found that due to the difference in the tire ware between the front and back there was additional stress placed on the AWD drive system and now I will have to spend $1500+ on new tires because the Infinity would not admit to their own faults and make it right.Other issues during the buying process and after:1) Finances department is understaffed and never on time. We waited over an hour for a meeting that we had set and then was rushed and talked down to. Fang was blunt and not friendly at all. Seemed like she just wanted to get it all done and have us out of the office.2) They promised to have paint chips and the windshield chips filled. We had to send it back 3 different times for the windshield and for the paint because they were either missed, half done or done poorly and then they washed the car too soon and chipped the new paint.3) Due to the paint issues, the PPF (protective paint film) for my car had to be re-done in some areas. At first Infiniti told me I was on the hook and it didn't need to be redone in their opinion. After a couple conversations, they did agree to replace the one section above the windshield.4) The atlas had a tow package but was missing the plug in adapter for the trailer. Infinity did cover the cost of the part from VW and I appreciate that greatly. It just shouldn’t have been missed in the first place. Thank you Leon for trying you best to find that part when there was a deceiving cap on the trailer hitch where the plug should have been.5) I asked for a letter from the manager, Leon, stating that the tires were safe and “up to standards” as well as the paperwork for the two new tires that were replaced so I had evidence that they were done and a record of them in case for insurance. Leon said he would get them for me, we shook hands and said see you soon. I called twice and sent an email and was completely ignored. It has now been over 6 months since our purchase and we have not received the requested and agreed upon paperwork.6) Both Moe the sales rep who helped us initially and Branden the manager at the beginning of the sale have moved onto different dealerships. I have no knowledge as to why, I do appreciate that Leon stepped up at the end of the sale to help smooth things over.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the service department and wouldn't trust any inspections they preform new, used or owned vehicles, especially when it comes to tires.
