The only place in my opinion to buy big footed steel toe ariats. The only boot that a mobile grease monkey like me can actually make stand up more than a year

I have dealt with Lammles in Calgary and Regina for years so when my granddaughter wanted a new pair of boots for her grade 12 grad I took her to where I knew would have what she wanted. Lammles in Regina. We were met by Kelly and he went above and beyond for her. I have no idea how many boots he found for her and made it extremely difficult to choose a pair. By the time we left she had a pair for grad and a new pair for every day and was so happy she was beaming. Thank you Kelly, both my granddaughter and myself will be back.

I had such a great experience at lammies with Abby and Hayden, they were both super nice and helpful ! Abby spent a lot of time helping me look through hats and find sizes and was super sweet, I came back later with some friends and her and Hayden were a great help to all of us.

Friendly staff, were helpful but not all over you, which was nice. Gave us a chance to browse and ask questions when we were ready.

Visiting this store left me with one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. When we went in not too long ago we were greeted and at first thought that it was going to be a positive experience, however that quickly changed when the manager, Joyce “helped” me and my wife. She was passive aggressive, judgemental, and overall very rude. She had limited knowledge of some of the products in the store and was quick to dismiss us and our questions. I expect a higher degree of customer service, or at least common decency from employees, especially the manager of a store. It would have been a much more positive experience if we would have been left alone to our devices even, but the way were treated is unacceptable. Would never shop here again and would not recommend it to anyone unless I knew that the manager was not working at the time.

Oh my where do I begin. I was very excited to go and purchase my first pair of boots and chose Lammle's as the place to go since I had a gift card that I had gotten for Christmas. I went in on a slower day and the manager, Joyce greeted me asking if there was anything she could help me with. I explained I was interested in a very specific type of boot as I have wide feet and finding something that is comfortable can be difficult. The boots I had in mind were a size 9C, keep that in mind. As Joyce directed me to the boot section of the store I began to browse through the styles and found a pair that I loved! Joyce asked me what size fit me best or if I had ever been sized and I explained that the size that fits me the best is a 9C. Before I could finish my sentence she rudely cut me off and said "9C's don't exist", I tired explaining that I had tried on 9C boots before so I know for a fact they do exist and she once again cut me off. Joyce began talking down to me and making me feel like less of a person, she was saying things like "based on how you're dressed you wouldn't know much about western culture anyway" and "I'm the expert so I'm right, not you". I wasn't going to take these inappropriate comments so I continued to politely correct her and not stoop to her level of unprofessional language. I was so offended, disgusted, and taken back by her unbelievable language that I left the establishment. I sat in my car for a bit to gather myself after such a disgusting encounter and got the privilege to see the vehicle this so called "manager" drives as she took, what I am assuming was her break. After she left I went back into the store and made the purchase of my lovely 9B boots as they were a close fit and they did not have any 9C's which I found out through a different and very helpful employee. Even after my dreadful experience with the Lammle's manager in Grasslands Regina, Joyce, I wanted to use my gift card and was happy with my experience after being helped by the other employees. All the other employees in this store are phenomenal and they are the only redeeming quality of this business. They do their best to clean up the messes their boss makes and somehow make my experience worth it in the end. I do visit Lammle's once in a while but if I see Joyce's vehicle I leave. There is nothing that would make me go through another encounter with that so called manager.

I was looking forward to the purchase of my first pair of cowboy boots. Lammle's had come highly recommended by more than a few of my friends. I had done my homework, learned the boot basics, popular brands, and styles I was looking for. My salesperson was a very helpful kid. He made sure I got sized right and gave me the lay of the land. I tried on a few pairs the salesperson was there to guide me along he didn't hover over me but didn't ignore me either. I finally decided on a pair that suited my style and most importantly my budget.I had noticed the boots had a couple scratches towards the toe of one boot. I had also asked for the original box but sadly it was unavailable. Bedsides the floor model they didn't have any more of this boot left in my size. I figured I would try and get a bit of a discount given they were a floor model, had probably been tried on a few times and that's how they got the scratches.I went up to the cashiers desk, showed the manager the scratches and asked her(I will call her J for convenience) if given the scratches a slight discount might be a possibility. J was not a happy lady on this day. I think the Black Friday mayhem had got to her. I tried to finesse myself a slight 10% discount to no avail. J pretty rudely and abruptly said no a couple times as I did my best haggling to close the deal.Given her standoffish attitude and refusal to move even a bit on the boot I was starting to get really un excited about spending my hard earned dollars at her store. My first cowboy boot purchase had been ruined by JHer attitude, demeanour and standoffishness really wanted to make me walk out of the store BUT I really wanted the boots and even without the discount for the scratches I was still getting a bit of a discount. So I swallowed my pride and values about not rewarding poor service and bought the boots anyways.I definitely did not feel like my business was valued or respected by J. It makes sense though because as she commented to one customer her biggest complaint is it had been TOO a buzy the past week. As a business owner myself I have a lot to complain about but one thing I never complain about or brag about for that matter is being "too buzy" just not a comment I find appropriate or professional. She must have been in a rush because when I read to read the sales guarantee she gave me about 5 seconds before letting me know it could be viewed and read on line. I'm one of those folks that likes to read the fine print before slapping my signature on a piece of paper so I was taking my time reading the paper she shoved in front of my face.Again J felt the need to try and herd me along like cattle and try and get me out of the store. Maybe she was offended I tried to score a deal on my scratched boots I dunno but she wasn't very friendly.I like this place I really do the sales staff I encountered were really helpful and friendly but the person I expected to be the most friendly and helpful turned out to be rude and inhospitable. I dunno if I will go back to Lammle's it's a nice store with nice western wear but I want to feel like my business is appreciated and when a product has a slight defect, a floor model and does not come with its original box I would like to think a little haggling would be worth a fair discount....clearly it wasn't a deal breaker but it did feel like I got a kick in the rump by the manager. I would score Lammle's a solid 3 and no more.

I just talked to Joyce-ann. A fantastic amazing lady. Joyce-ann listened to my request and was able to help me by finding boots for my Granddaughter, who only will wear royal blue. Just a very amazing woman and so grateful to have her answer the phone for me this morning. I give 10 stars. Thank you Joyce-ann, you made me day
