Had issue with giftcard but the store manager, Brett, was super helpful and great in resolving. He was very empathetic and understanding and super professional to deal with. With the lack of customer care these days it was refreshing to see that customer service is not dead and that Lids still values their customers.

Terrible Customer Service. Staff Not Helpful or Friendly. Hats Are Displayed In Groups / Bunches ... The Only Way You Can Size Your Hat To Your Head Size Is To Grab A Bunch of Em, And Try On. A Good Store... Would Have Them Separately.... Small... Medium... Large .. Etc...Best Advice.... " STAY AWAY"...👎
