These guys are on glue. I asked for an estimate to paint a single cab truck (no box already prepped) literally just asked to get the cab, both doors and fenders painted. Guy quoted me 6-8 thousand. Unreal.

I recently had an issue with my trunk lid and struggled to find anyone who could help, let alone get the part. Most places I called either laughed or told me it would be a month before they could even look at it. When I called Maaco, they told me to come in that morning. Not only did they take the time to look at it right away, but they also fixed it on the spot, and at a price that was much lower than I expected. Their service was quick, professional, and affordable—highly recommended!

My experience was not good. My appointment had been cancelled for my car repairs and Courtney didn't call me to let me know. Only half the car parts I need arrived and I was not informed. I called to have a manager call me. I was told they didn't have a manager, so I said to have someone high up at the company call me. Nobody called. I called a second time for somebody to call me, nobody called. I was not impressed at all with their so called customer service.

Gave my vehicle to maaco for a replacement bumper/taillight/ bodywork, took 10+ days to finish the bumper, wrong taillight in total installed in my vehicle, 2 new dents on my car while macco had my car, reviews are fake, when to check into my car and watched a mechanic almost destroy a truck bumper almost backing into a steel pole, don’t use this place unless you want to be played around

Due to my horrible luck with vehicles, I have taken each of my last 3 cars into Maaco for one type of body repair or another. It really is a painless experience. Rental cars, getting your vehicle back to your dealership for necessary calibration steps, they've handled everything quickly and professionally.Great communication thru out the process.
