Terrible place to deal with no communication I lost all my stuff cause they screwed up even when I payed up the arrears that they caused..I still wasn't aloud to get my stuff unless I prepaid a month ahead and when I couldn't cause they screwed up bad cost me alot they sold all my stuff

1. Communication is sketchy at best. Can't reach anyone directly and messages are returned late if at all.
2. When a new system for gate access was installed (moving away from fobs to a smartphone app,) for whatever reason the main security gate was open 24/7 for about 7 months. As a tenant, I was not getting the security I paid for. Did I get a discount? H_ll no!
3. Out of the blue, the company determined that each tenant needed to have insurance over their contents, and if tenants couldn't provide confirmation of their own insurance, the company would add a "mandatory client protection" to the monthly rental invoice.
Since I was storing an unregistered vehicle, not household items, my homeowners insurance would not apply, so I got stung with the company's "coverage" to the tune of $14/mo.
Nothing but a money grab in my opinion...
The only good thing about the experience with this operation was the day I was moving out when my gate access was inoperable through the app, management remotely opened the gate to allow me and my help to get in and out of the compound. I was (am) grateful for David's response to my access issue on move-out day.
