My experience was exceptional and the customer service I received was excellent. She even arranged to have two jackets shipped to my house which were out of stock at the moment. I also met Bonnie who was exceptional even though she wasn’t my initial salesperson.

“This place offers a lot of North Face products, but note that it is an independently affiliated store so the XPLR discounts will not work here. They do have another store in Winnipeg so if they don't have the right size or colour, ask the staff to see if the other store has what you are looking for - they may not offer that option to you initially so be aware and get them to check for you versus just what's available in this store. Store is clean and tidy. Check out end-of-season discounts or free hat with regular-priced jacket purchase.”

“I recently visited the Regina store and was greeted right away. Shortly after, I noticed that Kat who I follow on TikTok was shaping hats for another customer. I cannot overstate what a breath of fresh air this was. To have someone in the store who actually knows their craft makes an immediate difference.
Having Kat in the store completely changes the shopping experience. It stops being a basic trip and becomes a curated/knowledgeable experience. Kat genuinely knows her stuff. This stood out in a big way, especially compared to my last few visits, where the staff were friendly but clearly not involved in Western culture. It fells like city kids working in a Western store with no interest or know how in the cowboy culture.
Kat IS the walking/ breathing/real life Lammle’s brand doll in store. After talking with her for a while, she helped me find some new shirts and a gift for my husband. I asked if she was there all the time. She said she only works a few times a month, I was honestly disappointed. I completely understand that this is not her only gig but the fact that you have someone like her working there at all is a huge asset.
As long as you keep Kat, I will keep coming back.

Helps you right when you walk in, grabs sizes, knows the right questions to ask, isn’t pushy, helpful genuine customer service which is so hard to find these days.
