A welcome contribution to the hobby/arts/crafts supply scene in Regina. This is a larger-than-average Michaels store with as much stock and selection than the busier ones in other bigger cities. I came here to buy birdhouses (of which they have a good selection) and leather stitching tools to make a leather pouch. The staff are very respectful and courteous, the store is always tidy, and their seasonal selection is excellent. A great place to get frames too.

Some items seem to be quite overpriced, but you can usually find coupons online for 30-40% off if you check their website. There are tons of different arts and craft supplies to choose from, and the staff is knowledgeable

This is supposedly the "lowest prices of the season". When I spend $250 and my savings are under $10 what did I get on sale? I find the only thing you ever get discount on is their brand products. Pretty much everything else in the store is very expensive. When they are the only craft supply store besides Wal-Mart they feel they can do what they want with prices! You can't still blame the gouging on covid.

I don’t get to the city often but Michaels is always on the list.
I’m a hobby acrylic painter and they always have what I need! The kids had a blast with a bead kit for Halloween. So many ideas! Store is always tidy, well lit with friendly staff.

I dislike self serve. Not to mention selection for yarn is terrible. You have a lot of brands and types, but not enough colours of any type.
