Do not go. They used wrong gasket for valve cover. Gm replaced all as it was warped within 2 years....cheaper at Wheaton. Alot. They wouldn't offer any compensation. Said they'd sue with slander. But GM swears buy it. So not slander. They tried to just replace gasket but still leaked. I had taken it to midas within a week. Nothing from them. I recommend to not go

Kim and the staff at Midas are great to deal with! They always get my vehicle in fast, explain all details and issues thoroughly, tell me what needs work now, and what can wait. Their prices are reasonable and the work is done so fast!

Impressed with service. They told me and a friend a week earlier that I really didn’t need the work done as it wasn’t that bad in both cases. My friend decided to “wait and see” and was charged nothing for the diagnosis. I had the work done on the spot while I waited. I suspect any other shop would have had me come back vs rushing out for parts.
Will go back for any future repairs, oil changes etc.

Absolute scammers funny how a simple $140 wheel alignment turns into $1287 estimate with stuff that doesn’t need to be done. Plus it’s outrageous to charge $119 for a ball joint that I just ordered for $4 yeah you heard it right $4. All new tires for $689 as well for “separation” on side wall I checked and the tires are just fine. Long story short never going there again and I’ll fix my car myself for $165 dollars. Thanks for nothing.

Scammers and worst customer service. Took my car for a wheel alignment due to a slight left pull. The issue was communicated before they took my car for the alignment. They did the alignment and told me everything was good. I took the car for a test drive and found it was pulling more towards left after the alignment so I brought the car back after 20 mins.
They took the car again and did some changes and told me it will still have the pull since the struts was bent but promised me that there won't be any tire wear. Believing them I took the car back and was still having the left pull even after they checked everything the second time.
Two weeks later I took the car to Canadian Tire since I started noticing tire wear and they recommended front strut change and they also found the alignment was out of spec. Don't know why Midas did an alignment and charged me the full amount on a car with faulty struts. SCAMMERS.
Midas also refused the alignment correction once the struts was changed and wanted me to pay the full amount one more time to check the alignment. When I told them it's not fair the front desk old guy started to shout.
These Scammers knew the strut was bad and still don't know why they still did the alignment at the first place and refused the correction once it was fixed.

I stopped in there to make an appointment because my muffler was rattling. Not only did they get me in right away, but they went above and beyond with amazing costumer assistance, prices and services. I would 10/10 recommend it here!

You guys are SCAMMERS. I brought my truck here on July 2nd for a 4 wheel alignment. You guys told me my lower ball joints were shot (loose). Ball joints were just replaced last month at my mechanic. That’s why I got a wheel alignment. I even told you guys that when I dropped my truck off. After I picked up my truck I took it to my mechanic.He told me the lower ball joints were perfectly fine. Also, when I booked my appointment it said $119.99 wheel alignment special. You guys tried over charging me $139.99 +tax. Also why did you charge me $14.00 in shop supplies? Won’t be coming back here ever again. I will be telling other people to avoid this place also. SCAMMERS

got ripped off said brakes were so bad everything had to be replaced charged me1788.19 and only replaced front pads and rotors Ford dealership checked and confirmed they only changed front pad and rotors I will never deal with Midas again
