My windows wasn't finished well. The molding on the passenger side isn't flush. I found in a rain storm my windshield wiper was broken and bent. I never had issues with wipers before hand. Very disappointed.

This business used to be good until new management . I will not recommend! Take your money elsewhere! They sell low quality glass at outrageous prices.

Mike auto glass is a dishonest business that takes advantage of people who don’t have a voice . Placed an order for a windshield on my 2017 ford escape on November 22nd 2024 and picked next day after the business had insisted that they can find a replacement glass as they don’t have the actual one in stock. Cut the story short, I picked up my car in the evening and took it in for out of province inspection and it failed for a cracked windshield which the cracks are untraceable . I was advised that it cracked during installation so I returned the car back and Mike and his second after checking the car for almost an hour could not trace the crack so he asked that o come back after the holidays that he will call to see if they have warranty. After the holiday I came back and Mike denied ever seeing my car or even replacing the glass. He claimed that the glass crack was not their fault and refused to look through the camera or his records to check when ii made a payment of $380 for the new windshield. I tried confronting him and he threatened me with the cops that I should leave his business. I’m surprised that he would not want me to look through his register for the date I made payment and told me that my bank statement means nothing. I was really disappointed and frustrated. A reputable business would have checked his records. I found evidence of payments and call records when he called me to come pick up the car and the date I called to have my windshield fixed. I intend filing a claim.

Mike’s did a beautiful job replacing our windshield. Everything was done and ready when he said it would be for the price that he’d quoted. We’re very pleased with our experience and would recommend Mike’s Auto Glass!
