I don't normally discourage people from working with local businesses (or write Google reviews) but I've had such a disappointing experience I wanted to warn others. I've been waiting more than a month for bags Ive ordered. I've ordered and had replacement bags arrive faster from ADD Shopping Bags from Ontario (which I want to recommend). My previous experience with Curtis was great so when the bags were more expensive I didn't mind, because it's important to support local businesses but now I can't recommend this business in good faith to anyone. Poor communication, the price wasn't competitive and I've now been in to pick up the bags twice only to find out they haven't even started them. If you're looking for quality service, look elsewhere.

My first time here did not feel that way. It felt like I had known this place forever, and Curtis was very personal with me and made my experience worthwhile. But beyond awesome customer service, they were very affordable. Speed in this day and age is a game changer, and I go that service. Another aspect to note is the geographical proximity of this location to the business district here in Regina. It is also easy to access from any part of the city. They have a reputation that is highly rated, and I will recommend their service with confidence
