Zero stars. Horrible experience, unprofessional and lack of empathy. As an alternative, I searched on chat GPT for my situation and got helpful advice/solutions. I would not advise anyone to use this service unless absolutely necessary.

Useless bunch of ladies. My son was giving me trouble and they were all standing and laughing and unhelpful.
