Horrible experience calling here. Dismissive, rude, these people get paid to hang up on you and make you feel worse than before you called in. Do yourself a favour and just do not call..

Zero stars. Horrible experience, unprofessional and lack of empathy. As an alternative, I searched on chat GPT for my situation and got helpful advice/solutions. I would not advise anyone to use this service unless absolutely necessary.
