“I was VERY happy with the service that I received from this small business today. The gentleman replaced the battery on my daughter's Google Pixel 7a in the same afternoon and he was the only business in Regina who had the battery in stock. We got the battery replaced 3 days quicker than anywhere else in Regina and it was more competitively priced compared than other places! He was very kind and personable. Super satisfied with the service! I would highly recommend!
My 2nd review: I accidentally broke the screen on my Google Pixel 6a on the weekend. The business owner smiled and remembered me right away as a returning customer. It was close to closing time, so I left my phone with him and said I'd be back the next day to pick it up. He insisted on letting me borrow another cell phone until the next day. I would have never expected this kind gesture from someone in the city!
While the phone was already open, I decided to go ahead with my battery replacement. He gave me a good deal and my phone should be around for awhile longer. An efficient and good repair is still less expensive that buying out a new phone. I'm super satisfied with the service once again! I highly highly highly recommend this store. The owner is a very caring individual.”

“I was switching from Public to Koodo with a special offer I had received online. I decided I wanted to get a physical sim thinking it wouldn't be too much trouble. It took nearly 2 hours and I didn't get the plan I was initially offered.
The in-store associate that was helping me, Dip, was great and very customer oriented. Unfortunately, it felt like he was working against the company that hired him. He spent an incredibly long time on the phone with the backend team trying to find the promo code I was offered. Apparently, in-store associates can't use the same promo codes offered to customers.
Overall, I'm happy with the in-store team and my new plan as they really tried to work things out but disappointed in Koodo for an overly convoluted system of promo codes. There should be structural changes to the company to allow for prompt in-store service without the need to call out.”
“Had to update info. regarding a name change, given limited time during working hours the staff at Sasktel who I spoke to, suggested to make an appointment during my break during working hours. Did this, met with someone and got my information updated without any issues fairly quickly. Do recommend trying to set up an appointment for anything in person service wise to avoid the wait.”
